Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all hardware and instruction manuals, to ensure they are protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
